Hey all, this is just a thread saying that NEUTRAL IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE ADMIN APPLICATIONS. Admins are expected to say +Rec or -Rec, yes or no. You can however comment and not decide just yet, but actually saying Neutral will result in a week of not being able to +Rec or -Rec. This is only for the Super and Telnet applications, seeing as those are the two I moderate.
